PYLOS
Pylos is a beautiful town with 3,000 inhabitants, one of the most picturesque and historic Greek cities.
Beaches, historical monuments, blue sky, museums, waterfalls, wetland habitats, stopovers of migration birds, cloisters, imposing platans in the square, arches around the square which create a unique architectural style.
It is a marvelous area to wander.
You may visit:
Methoni’s castle (10 klm.), Nestor’s Palace (14 klm.), Ancient Olympia (120 klm.), Mystras (115 klm.) and Voidokilia Bay (8 klm.), as well as numerous other historic and picturesque places at a short distance. |
